Material

All of our dangerous goods labels are made of a special material that is extremely weatherproof, oil- and dirt-repellent. This material is extremely flexible and adapts well to curved surfaces while remaining very temperature resistant. The warning signs themselves have a neutral design and have the standard format of 400x300mm.

The special feature of our warning signs is the separate pull tab that is positioned at the top edge of the warning signs. This pull tab is made from the same high-quality material as the warning sign itself and offers numerous handling advantages. The pull tab is separated from the actual warning sign by a slot so that it remains on the backing paper while the warning sign retains its full size. This allows the warning signs to be easily and safely removed from the carrier film, while maintaining the adhesive strength of the adhesive and minimizing the risk of damage.

Application:
It is recommended with appropriate pre-cleaning (BOXLAB Bio Cleaner, Art. 610002) and a squeegee (BOXLAB squeegee, Art. 610001) to apply the posters in order to create the optimal adhesion. To remove old Orange Warning Signs, an injury-proof scraper (BOXLAB safety scraper, Art. 610003).
