* Notes on transit times
- The stated times are transit times from the point at which the shipment is handed over to the shipping provider and do not constitute a guarantee. The transit times are based on the average information provided by the shipping providers and on our experience.
- Internal processing, production or preparation time prior to handover to the shipping provider is not included.
- For standard shipping, we select a suitable shipping provider depending on the destination country, weight, parcel size, availability and other shipping requirements. Shipment tracking is always included.
- Note on express shipping: For products for which a different ready-for-dispatch time or transit time is stated on the product page, the times stated there also apply when express shipping is selected. Selecting express shipping does not shorten these product-specific times.

For certain destination regions within the EU, different transit times may also apply to express shipments. These depend on the respective shipping provider and destination region.
Express shipping is always subject to a charge, regardless of the order value.
Therefore, no automatic free-shipping threshold applies to express shipping, even for higher order values.

Payment Terms
For order values up to €1,999.99:
- You can conveniently and flexibly pay by invoice (7 days net payment term).
- In addition, PayPal, credit card and SEPA direct debit are available as payment methods. These are processed securely via PayPal.
For order values of €2,000.00 and above:
- The payment method “Advance Payment” is available.
- In addition, you can also use PayPal, credit card and SEPA direct debit, which are likewise processed via PayPal.
