Our cooperation with DHL Express guarantees delivery within 24h from the time the package is handed over to the service provider. However, this does not mean that we can deliver within 24 hours from the time of order, even if we try our best. Likewise, deliveries may be delayed in individual cases due to traffic jams, accidents or similar events beyond our control.
